It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Ladybug Lane. We decorated our Christmas tree! We used the ornamnet to find same and different. Each child was given an ornament and had to find one that was the same and one that was different. We found lots that were the same color and others that had the same design, like a snowflake, and other were dull and some that were shiny.
These children place their ornaments on the tree carefully.

The final product with the lights on...
...but our class enjoys our tree most when the lights are off! We keep our tree lit all day and turn off the lights at lunch time and nap to enjoy the pretty lights.
